1. Not therapy or diagnosis
Relational ROOTS™ assessments, relational snapshots, scores, and Personalized Insight Journeys are guided self-awareness and educational tools. They do not diagnose mental-health conditions, personality disorders, trauma disorders, relationship disorders, or any other medical or psychological condition.
2. Not a substitute for professional care
The platform is not a substitute for care from a licensed therapist, physician, psychiatrist, attorney, financial professional, clergy member, or other qualified professional. Seek appropriate professional support when your circumstances require individualized evaluation or treatment.
3. Results require interpretation
A Primary ROOT identifies the ROOT with the greatest reported impact in the responses submitted during that assessment. It is a starting point for reflection—not a permanent identity, causal explanation, character judgment, severity diagnosis, or statement that other ROOTS are unimportant. A score summarizes reported impact but does not determine why that impact exists.
4. Relationship and faith content
Faith-informed content is provided for reflection and education. Relationship with God results describe the participant’s experienced and interpreted relationship with God; they do not define God’s character. The content should not be treated as prophecy, individualized divine instruction, pastoral counseling, or proof of God’s judgment about a person or relationship. Results should not be used to control, shame, accuse, or diagnose another person.
5. Harm, accountability, and boundaries
Relational self-awareness does not require minimizing betrayal, manipulation, abuse, coercion, unsafe behavior, or other genuine harm. Understanding what a response may be protecting does not automatically make that response healthy, accurate, or healing. Growth may include accountability, repair, support, boundaries, distance, or leaving an unsafe situation.
6. Safety and emergencies
Relational ROOTS™ does not provide crisis response or emergency monitoring. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified crisis resource in your area.
7. Honest participation
Results depend on the responses submitted. Relational ROOTS™ cannot guarantee a particular outcome, interpretation, relationship improvement, spiritual result, or personal transformation.
