Hi, I’m Javonte, the founder of Relational Roots. My passion for relationship coaching grew from a deep interest in communication, emotional connection, and understanding the underlying patterns that shape how people relate to one another. I believe many relationship struggles are not just about surface-level disagreements, but about the deeper habits, expectations, communication styles, and relational dynamics operating beneath the surface. Through guided conversations and a growth-oriented approach, I help couples create intentional space for healthier communication, stronger connection, and deeper relational foundations. My coaching style is rooted in relational awareness, emotional honesty, and helping couples better understand the patterns influencing their relationship. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator and currently focus on premarital coaching, communication development, conflict navigation, emotional connection, and relationship foundations for dating, engaged, and committed couples. As a Christian, I also value faith, grace, accountability, and intentional love within relationships. For couples who desire it, biblical principles and faith-based perspectives can be integrated into the coaching process. Relational Roots was created to help couples slow down, work beneath the surface, and grow together with greater understanding, intentionality, and connection.
